摘要
目的 观察半导体激光脱毛的疗效及治疗时间、能量及部位对脱毛效果的影响。方法 观察了 13 5 9例患者 ,采用Lightsheer半导体激光脱毛机 ,波长 80 0nm ,光斑直径 9mm× 9mm ,能量密度值 10~ 40J/cm2 ,治疗部位刮除毛发 ,逐渐增加治疗能量至毛囊焦化破坏 ,每次治疗间隔 2个月。详细记录治疗部位及治疗前后毛发颜色、密度 (根 /cm2 )、粗细、长度及激光能量、皮肤反应等。结果 所有患者均取得满意疗效 ,治疗后毛发再生减少 ,再生延迟 ,再生毛发细小、浅淡 ,各部位治疗次数及能量均不相同。结论 半导体激光脱毛方便快捷 ,疗效满意 ,不良反应小。但脱毛效果在合适能量下同治疗次数呈正相关 。
Objective Observing the results of hair removal by lightsheer Laser and influencing factors of therapy times, energy and target position. Methods 1?359 cases were observed. Therapy using Lightsheer Laser at 800?nm,10~40?J/cm 2, 9?mm×9?mm spot size. Shaving hair and then increase the fluence step by step until hair damage. The interval between treatments was 2 months. Therapy times, energy, position and color, length, density, thickness of hair were recorded in detail. Results Satisfactory results were obtained in 1?359 cases. New hair rebirth after laser treatment were less and delayed. Rebirthing hair was slender and thin with less color. Different times and fluence were needed in different position. Conclusion Hair removal by Lightsheer laser can give good result with simple operation and less damage. The effects have correlated with therapy times and position at appropriate fluence.
