MOD-Ⅰ型手术器械系统在美容外科的应用体会

Experience of application MOD-Ⅰ in cosmetic surgery

目的 研发一种能将硬、软组织切除或吸出的多功能仪器。方法 利用高速无刷微电机等构成主机系统 ,配合一个手柄、一个脚控多功能开关、冷光源、电钻头、电锯片、电动锉头及各种震动脂肪抽吸管 ,实现电锯、电钻、电锉、自动注水、震动脂肪抽吸的多功能电动手术器械系统 ,临床实现颧骨、颧弓、下颌角等的塑造共 13 7例。结果 该项设备的临床应用 ,为骨的塑形和脂肪抽吸增加了一种创新性设备 ,可以替代进口的摆动锯和震动的脂肪抽吸器械 ,临床上取得较好的效果。结论 在临床上利用该项仪器对 13 7例患者进行手术 ,均获得了满意的术后效果 。

Objective To develop a multi-function apparatus that integrates resection and suction of hard/soft tissues together. Methods The main apparatus is composed of high-speed brushless micro-engine together with a handle, foot-switch, cold light source, electric drill, saw, file, and various types of vibration lipo-suction cannulae, a multi-functional operation device is thus developed that integrates the functions of electric drill, saw, file, auto-infusion, and vibration liposuction. Clinically 137 cases of plastic surgery in zygomatic bone and its arc, in lower jaw and liposuction were carried out with this apparatus. Results Clinical application of this apparatas is an innovative device for plastic bony surgery and liposuction. It may take place of similar import products and vibrating liposuction devices. Good effects were achieved clinically. Conclusion Good effects were achieved for 137 cases by this apparatus. This apparatus is an innovative application.
