摘要 目的 研究自体软骨移植在动脉岛状皮瓣中糖胺多糖含量及成分的变化规律。方法 在 2 4只新西兰大白兔腹部用一侧的腹壁浅动静脉形成 2cm× 3cm岛状合页皮瓣 ,并在其中植入自体耳软骨 0 .8cm× 1.2cm (皮瓣组 ) ,与植入对侧皮下的相同大小的自体耳软骨 (皮下组 )比较 ,进行移植后不同时期GAG定量测定及分类和胶原定量测定。结果 软骨移植后 ,皮瓣组中细胞外间质中GAG的含量 ,在术后 2~ 4周明显下降 ,从 4~ 8周开始 ,逐渐恢复 ,到 12周GAG含量及HA所占的比例接近正常水平。皮下组较实验组变化晚 4周 ,表现与移植软骨内软骨细胞的变化相类似。结论 岛状皮瓣内起支撑作用的自体移植软骨细胞间质GAG恢复正常的时间 ,在移植后 12周左右 ,这样 ,软骨的物理性状的恢复 ,也在 12周左右 ,皮下组较实验组晚 Objective To access the survival process of autogenous ear cartilage grafts after being transplanted in island flaps. Methods 24 New Zealand white rabbits were involved in the study and the superficial inferior epigastric vessels were used to form a 2?cm×3?cm island flap, into them a piece of 0.8?cm×1.2?cm cartilage was implanted. The same size cartilage was implanted subcutaneously in the opposite area of the same rabbit. After 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks the cartilages were drawn for determination of GAG and HA/GAG. Results Our result showed that the transplanted cartilage contained in the island flap regains its GAG and HA content in 12 th week, 4 weeks earlier than the subcutaneous implant group. Conclusion The time for recovering physical character of the cartilage graft in the island flap needs at least 12 weeks and 4 weeks earlier than the control subcutaneous group.
