Effects of 5F extracted from peris semipinnate L on collagen synthesis of human scar fibroblasts

目的 研究 5F对人病理性瘢痕成纤维细胞合成胶原的影响。方法 将 5F作用于体外培养的病理性瘢痕成纤维细胞 ,通过3H -脯氨酸掺入法、检测细胞上清液羟脯氨酸含量及人PCⅢ放免试剂盒测定成纤维细胞胶原合成含量。结果 5F可减少成纤维细胞3H -脯氨酸掺入量、细胞上清液胶原蛋白总量及Ⅲ型前胶原的含量。结论

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of 5F on the synthesis of collagen of the fibroblasts derived from human pathological scar. Methods By culturing fibrobeasts ,we investigated collagen synthesis by 3 H- Proline incorporation study with hydroxyproline and procollagen type Ⅲ content measurements. Results 5F could decrease 3 H- HProline incorporation rate and the total content of collagen, the content of Ⅲ precollagen was kept at a low level(P<0.01). Conclusion 5F could inhibit the synthesis of collagen of fibroblasts.
