脑梗死患者红细胞变形性、膜脂流动性的改变及其与脂质过氧化的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between alteration of deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的 探讨脑梗死患者红细胞变形性、膜脂流动性的改变及其与脂质过氧化的关系。方法 采用激光衍射法和荧光偏振法测定了 34例急性脑梗死患者红细胞变形指数 (DI)和膜脂流动性。结果 急性脑梗死患者红细胞DI及膜脂流动性下降 ,且两者之间呈正相关 ,膜脂流动性与MDA含量呈负相关 ,与SOD含量呈正相关。结论 急性脑梗死患者红细胞膜脂流动性下降是导致红细胞DI降低的重要因素 ,红细胞膜脂流动性受脂质过氧化的影响 ,自由基清除剂的应用可能会提高脑梗死患者的红细胞变形性。 Objective To approach the relationship between alteration of deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Laser diffraction and fluorescence polarization technique were used to measure the deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes in 34 patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results It was found that the deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes in acute cerebral infarction patients were significantly decreased as compared with that of 28 controls, the degree of decrement of deformability was positively correlated with membrae fluidity the degree of decrement of membrane fluidity was negatively correlated with MDA and was positively correlated with SOD.Conclusions The study indicates that the decrement of membrane fluidity is an important factor of the decrease of erythrocyte deformability in patient with cerebral infarction. The membrane fluidity of erythrocytes is affected by lipid peroxidation. Antioxidant can improve the deformability of erythrocytes in patients with cerebral infarction.
