Bright for Broadband after Bubble

提起宽带,两年前那场席卷大江南北的"宽带圈地运动"至今让我们记忆犹新.然而,轰轰烈烈的"圈地运动"之后出现的却是接入率和开通率持续走低的尴尬,一度让人们对宽带产生了怀疑.宽带真会出现所谓的"泡沫"吗?

As we mention broadband, the nearly crazy investment in broadband all around the country two years ago comes in our mind frequently. But little usage and access of broadband after its large scale construction makes all of us suspect whether or not it will have a bright future. Many people even regard broadband as another bubble. However, to our surprise, after telecom carriers putting more emphasis upon the exploiture and deployment of broadband application, cooperating with relative entities widely, establishing broadband industrial chain, solving 'bottle neck' problems of broadband services and opening more and more increment points of broadband services, now broadband services develop well and become one new income increasing point for telecom carriers. In view of broadband services' development against the bubble, we communicate with broadband experts in China Telecom Group Hubei Corporation Wuhan Branch, China Netcom Group Tianjin Communication Corporation and some other places about the development of broadband operation.
