珊瑚羟基磷灰石Ⅱ期眶内植入的疗效研究观察

The study of repair effect of coralline hydroxyapatite as secondary orbital implants

目的观察眼球摘除后羟基磷灰石眼座二期眶内植入的修复疗效。方法用珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石作为二期眶内植入物共36例。结果随访6～15个月均获得良好的效果,并发症少,未发现眶内感染、植入物排出及移位现象。结论珊瑚羟基磷灰石并发症少,是目前眼球摘除后的良好眶内充填材料。

Objective To observe the repair effect of hydroxyapatite as orbi ta l implants after enucleation.Methods Coralline porous hydroxyapatite as secondar y orbital implants were implanted in 36 cases.Results All of cases obtained sati sfactory curative effect in 6～15 months of follow-up and no infections,no impl ant extrusion,no dislocation occurred.There were only a few complications.Conclu sion Coralline porous hydroxyapatite is a good orbital implant in anophthalmos a t presen.
