摘要
目的 探讨饮食治疗对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 采用自体对照法 ,对 2 0例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行饮食干预 ,分别在饮食干预前及饮食干预后的第 5天、第 1 2天测空腹血糖及晚餐后 2h血糖 ,观察血糖变化。结果 老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在饮食干预后的空腹血糖、餐后血糖均较饮食治疗前有明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 )。
Objective To discuss the impact of diet therapy on blood sugar in old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Using auto control study,dietary intervention was maintained for two weeks in 20 old patients with type 2 diabetes. The mean fasting blood sugar and 2 h post prandial blood sugar were measured before and on day 5 and 12 after treatment. Meanwhile, personal psychological and dietetic nursing were performed.Results Both fasting and post-prandial blood sugar were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Strict dietary intervention is of critical importance to the treatment of the disease and prevention of complications.
