烧伤患者74名直接护理项目调查分析

Analysis of Direct Nursing Categories in 74 Burn Patients

目的 观察烧伤患者伤后入院 72h所接受的直接护理项目的规律。方法 采用加拿大PRN系统软件统计 74名烧伤患者入院后 2 4、48、72h接受某直接护理项目的人数。结果烧伤患者在入院后第 1个 2 4h所接受的直接护理项目数与第 2、3个 2 4h所接受的直接护理项目数基本相等 ,且以治疗、诊断、呼吸类护理项目接受人数多 ,所占比重大。结论 烧伤患者入院后头 3d的直接护理项目基本一致 ,且第 1天的护理项目可代表第 2、3天的护理项目 ;烧伤患者的治疗、诊断、呼吸类护理项目需求量大且迫切 ,需合理安排人力 ;在训练护理操作项目时 。

Objective To observe the law of direct nursing categories that burn patients received within 72 hours of hospitalization.Methods Using the PRN system, the number of burn patients who received the specific direct nursing categories was calculated.Results The direct nursing categories that burn patients received between the first 24 hours and the second and the third 24 hours were equal, and the number of patients who received the specific direct nursing categories in TREATMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES and RESPIRATION parts was much larger than that in the other parts.Conclusion The direct nursing categories that the patients received within the first 3 days of hospitalization were the same, and the direct nursing categories that the patients received in the first 24 hours and those in the second and third 24 hours were almost the same; the requirements for direct nursing categories in TREATMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES and RESPIRATION were very large, and therefore more attention should be paid to training processes mentioned above.
