摘要拉米夫定治疗成人慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效和安全性已得到肯定,但其对儿童患者的应用报道尚少。本文介绍了近年来国外学者对拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎儿童患者疗效与安全性的研究进展,供临床参考。
