摘要
本文比较分析了计算光从具有一定粗糙度的表面上散射的方法;建立了光从有确定面形的粗糙表面上散射的数学模型,并将表面面形的影响与表面粗糙度的贡献分开;改进了功率谱估计技术,并建立了解决上述散射的数值方法。
The theoretical approaches for calculating light scattering fromrough surfaces have been compared and analysed.A mathematical model has been established to describe light scattering from rough surfaces with definite surface form,and the influence of the form has been separated.The power spectrum estimation technique has been employed for getting a numerical method to solve this light scattering problem.
