摘要
应用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法建立广谱抗菌药物恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星在鲤鱼体内的血药浓度测定方法。采用C1 8反相柱 ,流动相为甲醇 :0 0 1mol/L四丁基溴化铵 (2 0∶80 ) ,磷酸调节pH至 3 0 ,紫外检测 ,流动相流速为 1 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 78nm ,按外标法计算得出恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星在鲤鱼体内血浆中的药物含量。
Determinated the Enroflocacin and Norfloxacinum in carp blood using the hign performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). The anti-phas colomn is C18,the streaming movement phas is methanol: 4-Butyl-Ammonium bromide(20:80) , adjusted PH to 3 using the phosphoric acid, using the ultra-violet ray detector, the speed of the streaming movement phas is 1 0ml/min , detected wave length is 278nm, using exo-mark-technique caculate the content of the Enrofloxacin and Norfloxacinum.
