摘要
对高校教师基本权利的概念、内涵做了一般性的理论阐释,指出教师在培养人才的基础性作用是全社会公认的,教师的合法权益必须依法予以保护。
This article makes a general theoretical interpretation of the concept and intension of college-teacher basic rights, and points out that it is well known for teachers training talents. So the rights for teachers shall be protected by laws.
