摘要
在法律基础课的教学过程中,案例教学不失为有效的方法之一。搞好案例教学应注意对案例的选择,教学中运用案例应准确、精炼、有度,同时应避免陈旧。
Case teaching is an effective way in promoting Basic Law. Good cases teaching should pay much attention to case selecting, application accurate and avoiding out of date.
