摘要
对卡德丽亚兰根尖进行离体培养 ,诱导形成了愈伤组织、原球茎并获得再生植株 .2 ,4-D对愈伤组织的形成起着主导作用 ;高浓度 BA与低浓度 NAA配合使用可诱导根尖形成原球茎并分化形成再生植株 .愈伤组织最佳诱导培养基为 VW+0 .5 mg/L 2 ,4-D或 VW+0 .1 mg/L 2 ,4-D+0 .5 mg/L NAA+0 .1 mg/L BA;原球茎最佳诱导培养基为 VW+0 .5 mg/L NAA+3~ 8mg/L BA;增殖培养基用 KC+2 .0 mg/L BA+5 %香蕉提取汁+1 %活性炭 .
Root apices of Cattleya hybrid formed callus,protocorm-like bodies and plantlet.2,4-D played a central role in callus formation.The portocorm-like bodies were regenerated from the root tips and this was followed by the shoot regeneration when the protocorm-like bodies were cultured on media with BA and NAA.The optimal media of induction callus and PBLs are RE+0.5 mg/L 2,4-D or RE+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L BA and RE+0.5 mg/L NAA+3~8 mg/L BA.Proliferation medium of PBLs are KC+2.0 mg/L BA+5%banana juice+1%active carbon.
