复方沙棘对大鼠及小鼠缺血性脑梗塞的防治作用

摘要 小鼠尾静脉注射胶原蛋白与肾上腺素的混合诱导剂诱导体内血栓形成 ,观察复方沙棘对小鼠体内血栓的影响 ;采用大脑中动脉阻断术 ( MCAO)制作大鼠缺血性脑梗塞模型 ,观察复方沙棘对大鼠行为障碍和脑梗塞范围的影响 .结果表明复方沙棘 ( 2 2 .8,45 .6g/ kg)对胶原蛋白 -肾上腺素诱导的小鼠体内血栓有显著的抑制作用 .复方沙棘 ( 9.98,1 9.95 g/ kg)能明显改善大脑中动脉阻断大鼠的行为障碍 ,可减少大脑中动脉阻断所致的脑梗塞范围 .提示复方沙棘对大鼠脑缺血、脑梗塞具有明显的保护作用 . To investigate into the preventive function of compounds Hippophae rhamnoides L. on ischemic cerebral infarction,Thrombosis formation induced by collagen-adrenaline iv was studied in mice.A focal cerebral ischemia model was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats.Behavioral obstacles of rats was observed.Cerebral infarction volume was determined quantitatively by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).CHRL(ig22.8,45.6 g/kg) markedly reduced thrombosis formation induced by collagen-adrenaline in mice.CHRL (ig9.98,19.95 g/kg) could reduce infarction volume after occlusion of middle cerebral artery in rats and could also ameliorate the behavioral obstacles of rats.The results suggest that CHRL has distinctive preventive function against ischemic cerebral infarction.
