他巴唑直流电离子导入治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿并功能亢进症近期疗效研究

Study of short-term curative effect in the treatment of Graves' diseases with the iontophoresis of Tapazole

目的 :观察他巴唑离子导入治疗对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病的近期临床疗效。方法 :对 3 0例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者于甲状腺部位给予他巴唑离子导入治疗 ,记录治疗前后的临床资料。并与 3 0例口服他巴唑的对照组进行治疗 4ｗ后的疗效、副作用的对比。结果 :他巴唑电离子导入组的疗效明显 ,但同对照组相比较 ,两组无显著差异 (Ｐ >0 0 5) ,治疗组未发现副作用。结论 :他巴唑电离子导入治疗Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病近期疗效确切无副作用 ,尤其适用于伴有肝功能异常。

Objective:To observe short term curative effect in the treatment of Graves diseases with the iontophoresis of Tapazole.Methods:Thirty patients are treated using iontophoresis of Tapazole on the anterior region of neck,some data including the function of the thyroid gland were recorded before and after treatment,and the curative effect,adverse effect were compared with the control subjects.Results:The function of the thyroid gland significantly decreased in the patients who treated with iontophoresis of Tapazole,but the data showed no significant difference between the subjects treated with iontophoresis of Tapazole and the control subjects(P>0 05).And there were not any adverse effect during the treatment.Conclusions:Treatment of Graves diseɑses with the iontophoresis of Tɑpɑzole hɑs certɑin curɑtive effect ɑnd without ɑvderse effect.
