高同型半胱氨酸血症与2型糖尿病、冠心病相关性的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 分析血清同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)与 2型糖尿病及其冠心病并发症的关系 ,为临床防治糖尿病及其心血管并发症提供参考资料。方法 比较 94例 2型糖尿病、糖尿病合并冠心病及单纯冠心病患者的Hcy水平并观察叶酸治疗前后Hcy水平的变化。结果 糖尿病合并冠心病组的血清Hcy高于糖尿病组 (P <0 .0 1)及冠心病组 (P <0 .0 1)、冠心病组血清Hcy水平高于糖尿病组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各组患者服用叶酸 ( 0 .4mg d)治疗 4周后 ,血清Hcy明显下降 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 高Hcy是 2型糖尿病心血管并发症的危险因素 ,0 .4mg d的叶酸可有效降低高Hcy血症。 Objective To analyse the correlation between homocysteine (Hcy) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD),and to provide the reference for clinical prevention and treatment of type 2 DM and cardiovascular complications.Methods To compare the surum level of Hcy in type 2 DM,mergence CHD and single CHD,and to observe the change of Hcy level before and after using folic acid in 94 patients.Results The Hcy level in DM with CHD group was higher than that in DM group(P<0.01) and in single CHD group (P<0.01),the Hcy level in CHD group was higher than that in DM group (P<0.05).After the treatment with folic acid (0.4 mg/d) for 4 weeks,the Hcy level was significantly decreased (P<0.01) in all of the patients.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for DM complicated by cardiovascular diseases,which may be reduced by folic acid effectively.
