摘要
研究一种智能化的红外焦距仪,采用倒置系统,将线阵CCD探测器置于准直物镜的焦面上接收信号,分析了其原理及其软件设计方法,给出了实验结果。
A intellectualized instrument of measuring the focus of infrared optical lens is studied. The signal is acceded by CCD in focal plane of the collimator lens. The measurement principle is analyzed, the software method is designed and the experiment result is made out.
