摘要
脑缺血可诱导中枢神经系统神经细胞再生,脑缺血后神经再生常见于海马和SVZ,可能与缺血性脑损伤后的记忆恢复有关。脑缺血后神经再生与兴奋性氨基酸受体、神经营养因子、5-HT、炎症和凋亡等有关,干细胞移植能改善缺血性脑损伤模型动物的神经损伤症状。
