NF-кB圈套策略与脑血管疾病

摘要 核因子Kappa B(NF-кВ)是一个广泛存在于真核细胞内并在机体炎症反应、免疫应答、细胞生长、分化、凋亡中起重要调节作用的转录因子。在脑血管疾病中,NF-кВ参与一系列病理生理反应。应用NF-кВ圈套策略抑制NF-кВ过度活化,在脑血管疾病实验显示良好治疗效果,有望成为新的基因治疗策略。
