微透析技术及其在脑外伤中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 微透析技术是近年来发展起来的一种以透析原理作为取样基础的新的化学采样技术,具有活体取样、动态观察、定量分析、采样量小、组织损伤轻等特点。在神经科学领域已获得越来越广泛的应用。本文系统介绍了其原理、方法、优缺点、影响因素及在神经科学尤其颅脑外伤领域的研究应用现状。并对微透析的应用前景提出展望。
