弥漫性轴索损伤模型研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤是头部在加速度运动时脑深部组织因剪应力作用引起的广泛损伤。近年来对DAI的研究很多,已深入到亚细胞及分子水平,人们通过动物实验对DAI的病理发展过程有了进一步的认识。
