硝酸镓对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症预防作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过成年雌性SD大鼠腹腔注射硝酸镓 ,观察了镓对正常大鼠骨代谢的影响 ;然后去除了大鼠双侧卵巢 ,复制骨质疏松模型。测定了血、尿、骨中镓及钙和磷的含量、骨密度、骨强度、骨重量 ,证实硝酸镓对去卵巢引起的大鼠骨质疏松症有预防作用 。 This paper observed that effects of gallium on normal rats′ metabolism of bone by means of GaN peritoneal injection on female (SD) rats, and then replicated the model of osteoporosis by excision bilateral ovaries. We determined the gallium contents in blood, urine, bone and bone calcium, phosphorus level, bone density, bone intensity and bone weight. These results showed that there was certain preventive action to rats osteoporosis induced by ovariotomy, and its actional mechanism was discussed.
