马铃薯替代玉米对鸡营养物质代谢率的影响

将 40只 48周龄的蛋鸡随机分成 4组 ,分别饲喂用 5 %、10 %、2 0 %的马铃薯替代玉米的日粮。结果表明 ,饲喂 10 %马铃薯替代玉米的日粮 ,其代谢能和钙表观利用率与其他组差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,蛋白质和磷表观利用率都高于其它各组 (P <0 0 1)。

layers at 48 weeks were divided randomly into four groups,the 5% potato group,10% potato group,15% potato group and 20% potato group respectively.The results showed the apparent utilization rate of metabolizable energy protein,Calcium and Phosphorus were best with 10% potato replace corn.That were worst with 20% potato replace corn. \ \
