摘要
目的 观察当归饮子治疗慢性荨麻疹的近期疗效、复发率及其对免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞转化率方面的影响。方法 治疗组 30例内服当归饮子 ,与对照组 30例用西药 (氯雷他定 1 0mg ,每日 1次口服 )治疗作对照 ,2组均治疗 4周。结果 2组近期疗效无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组复发率明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;复发间隔时间治疗组明显长于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗组治疗后IgG、IgE的异常增高例数较治疗前减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IgA、IgM治疗前后则无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。对照组 4种免疫球蛋白治疗前后均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组治疗后比较 ,IgE增高例数减少有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IgG、IgA、IgM均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组与对照组比较可显著提高患者T淋巴细胞转化率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 当归饮子是治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效方剂 ,对体液免疫有一定的调节作用 。
Objective To observe the short term effect,recurrence rate and the influence on immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte transformation rate of Dangguiyinzi in treating chronic urticaria.Methods 60 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Dangguiyinzi ;the other 30 patients in control group were treated with western medicine(luleitatin 10mg,once a day), with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.Results There was no significant difference in short term effect between two groups (P>0.05);the recurrence rate in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.05);the intermission of rucurrence in treatment group was remarkably longer than that in control group (P<0.01).There was a significant diffrence in IgG and IgE of treatment group before and after treatment (P<0.05),however no obviously difference in IgA and IgM (P>0.05).There was no difference in four kinds of immunoglobulins in control group before and after treatment (P>0.05). There was a significant diffrence in IgE after treatment between two groups (P<0.05),however no obviously difference in IgG,IgA and IgM (P>0.05).The T lymphocyte transformation rate in treatment group was increased significantly,as compared with that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dangguiyinzi is effective in treating chronic urticaria,which can regulate the patients' immunity function .
