摘要
介绍了一种处理电镀含铬废水的方法———铁屑法,就该法对六价铬去除率的影响因素:pH、铁屑用量、搅拌时间进行了静态试验,得到了较佳的反应工艺参数。在静态实验的基础上,研究了以铁屑为填料的反应柱动态处理废水的效果,并成功地运用于电镀废水的实际处理。结果表明:六价铬的去除率达到99.9%以上,出水达到国家排放标准。
A new method for treating chromiumcontaining wastewater from electroplating with iron filings is introduced. Aiming at the influential factors of this method on the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ),static tests are given to the pH value,the amount of iron filings,and the time for stirring. Technological parameters of the reactions have been obtained. On the basis of static tests, the effect of dynamic wastewater treatment by a reactive column which uses iron filings as feeding material is studied. It is successfully used in practical treatment of electroplating wastewater. The results show that the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) is over 99.9%,reaching national discharge standard.
