摘要
本文通过对 8种泡桐的 1a生枝条韧皮部的过氧化氢酶 (CAT )、a -淀粉酶 (a -AMYZ)、乙醇脱氢酶 (ADH)、苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)等四种酶系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE) ,进行同工酶酶谱分析 ,并讨论了泡桐属种间的亲缘关系。
The isozyme system of CAT?a-AMYZ?ADH and MDH were studied by PAGE in 1 year old shoot's phloem of 8 species of the genus Paulownia , the isozyme lineage were analyzed and the inter-specific phylogenetic relationship were discussed.
