摘要
PHIGS是继GKS之后又一个ISO图形标准,坐标变换流水线是其中的重要环节。本文研究了从一个定义于用户空间的物体模型到实际设备坐标中显示的图像之间的转换,包括组合模型交换、视见变换、规格化变换与投影、三维裁剪、工作站变换等一系列过程。对每一环节作了详细分析,并得到一系列的矩阵运算结果。从提高流水线的效率的角度设计了相应的算法,通过实现获得了满意的结果。
PHIGS is another ISO graphics standard after GKS. Output pipeline is among its important part. The paper covers the subject of transformation from a physical model defined in a user's space into an image viewed in a device space. Detailed analysis is given to the transformation of composed modelling, viewing, normalizing, projecting and clipping, and that of workstation matrices representing these transformation are obtained. An algorithm implementing sueh a pipeline is designed with much more improved efficiency compared with a conservative method.
