摘要
以最小二乘法温度场图像重建算法为基础以费尔马定理为依据,对声学法工业炉温度场检测中由于声波传播路径弯曲对温度场重建所产生的影响进行了研究,给出一种实现声波路径弯曲补偿的复杂温度场重建算法,通过仿真,考察了该算法对不同温度场分布函数的重建效果,结果表明:该算法不但可实现声波路径弯曲的补偿,而且可同时进行温度场的重建,具有较高的重建精度。
Based on least-square- method and Fermat principle, the affect of sound wave refraction on the reconstruction of temperature field of industrial furnaces is studied and a new algorithm for reconstructing temperature field is proposed. After the algorithm is used to reconstruct different kind of temperature field distribution, the conclusion can be drawn that the newly-proposed algorithm can compensate sound wave refraction and reconstruct temperature field simultaneously with better reconstruction accuracy.
