摘要 通过对指数加减速原理分析,建立了离散时间域的软件加减速公式,并改进了算法,实际应用于自行开发的基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的多轴运动控制器。通过测量运动控制器输出电压以及与MATLAB的数值仿真结果比较,证明了改进的指数加减速算法公式在数控加工中具有实际意义。 By analyzing the theory of exponential acceleration and deceleration control, software acceleration/deceleration equations in discrete-time domain are derived and improved. A multiple axes motion controller based on a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) is developed in order to implement the algorithm. Comparisons between simulation results of MATALAB and experimental results of measuring motion controller output voltage demonstrate that the improved exponential acceleration/deceleration algorithm in this paper will be of practical significance to CNC machining.
