摘要
文章在阐述植物新品种保护涵义及我国品种权保护现状的基础上,分析了植物新品种保护与种子科技产业发展的关系,进而提出顺利实施植物新品种保护条例,发展种子科技产业的应对策略。
After the definition of protection of new plant varieties and status of this work in our country discussed,the relationship between that and the development of scietific seed industry was analysed in the paper.Measures on effectively implementing the new plant varieties protection law and developing the scientific seed industry were also suggested.
