髂骨移植重建髋臼后壁陈旧骨折缺损5例报告

Report of 5 ilium transplantations to rebuild the acetabular posterior wall defect induced by old fracture

目的 :探讨髂骨移植重建髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折缺损的疗效及可行性。方法 :对 5例髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折缺损的病员施行髂骨移植重建髋臼后壁骨折缺损手术。结果 :5例患者均获治愈。疗效评定 :良 4例 ,可 1例。结论 :采用髂骨移植重建髋臼后壁陈旧性骨折缺损 ,虽不能完全恢复髋臼后壁的解剖形态 ,但能提供髋关节后方的稳定性 。
