摘要
目的 :建立一种新型的细胞凋亡检测方法。方法 :考察了毛细管电泳检测细胞凋亡的可行性 ,并与凝胶电泳法进行了对比 ,同时优化了毛细管电泳检测环磷酰胺、苦参碱和槐定碱致Hela细胞凋亡的条件。结论 :毛细管电泳检测细胞凋亡方法操作简便 。
Objection: A newly Capillary electrophoresis method that could detect apoptosis of Hela cell has been developed. Method: Feasibility of capillary electrophoretic determination of apoptosis of cell was studied. The method was compared with traditional gle electrophoresis. Condition of Capillary electrophoretic determination of apoptosis of Hela cell induced by cyclophosphamide, matrine and sophoridine. Conclusion: Apoptosis of cell could be detected quantificationally by capillary electrophoresis. This detection of apoptosis of cell is simple.
