摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱结合大孔吸附树脂柱色谱和硅胶干柱色谱法 ,从车前草的 70 %甲醇提取物中纯化制备了环烯醚萜苷类化合物———桃叶珊瑚苷的标准品 ,纯度达到 98%以上。该方法为桃叶珊瑚苷及其他环烯醚萜苷类化合物的制备提供了参考。
Aucubin,an iridoid glucoside, was isolated from plantago herb by using sonication,AB 8 polymer adsorption column separation,classical silica gel column separation.Aucubin was finally purified by C 18 reversed phase preparative high performance liquid chromatography and was identified by thin layer chromatography.The purity of the product was over 98%.The chemical structure of aucubin was determined by 1 HNMR and 13 CNMR.\;In this work,the conditions of the reversed phase preparative HPLC technique to purify aucubin was optimized.The reversed phase preparative HPLC on a C 18 column with a mobile phase of methanol water(5∶95,v/v) and the technique of center cutting proved effective.\;
