摘要  针对现役50MW机组推力轴承瓦温偏高现状,通过分析传统推力轴承结构,找出了轴承偏载及瓦温偏高的原因。从改进结构设计着手,推出了新型的LEG(LeadingEdgeGroove)推力轴承,并对LEG推力轴承和传统推力轴承性能进行了比较分析。通过LEG推力轴承和传统推力轴承的现场应用实例比较,证实了LEG推力轴承性能的优越性。 Taking into consideration the higher temperature o n the thrust bearing pad surface for existing 50MW turbine-generator unit, the deviant reason of load and temperature on the thrust bearing pad surface have be en found out by analyzing the structure of the conventional thrust bearing. Star ting with structural design modification , a new LEG thrust bearing is designed, and moreover, the performance of the LEG thrust bearing is compared to that of the conventional thrust bearing in field application. The fact shows that the LE G thrust bearing has its performance advantage.
