海南大学学生HBsAg阳性率调查

Investigation of Positive Rate of HBsAg for Students of Hainan University

对我校2000—2002年3个年级6551名学生乙肝"两对半"的检查结果进行了统计分析,结果表明:HBsAg阳性率分别为13.19%、10.97%、10.42%,平均为11.25%.男生阳性率为13.25%,明显高于女生阳性率8.25%(P<0.01);农村学生阳性率12.11%,高于城市学生10.10%(P<0.05);海南籍学生阳性率15.58%,明显高于外省籍学生7.70%(P<0.01).并讨论了其原因,得出了相应的预防保健措施.

A medical examination for hepatitis B (HBsAg) was conducted to 6551 students of Hainan University at grade 2000-2002. The results of the examination were made a statistical analysis and it showed that the positive rates of HBsAg among students were respectively 13.19%, 10.97%, 10.42%, with a mean value of 11.25%. It also showed that the positive rate of HBsAg (13.25%) among boy students was obviously higher than that (8.25%) among girl students (P<0.01); the positive rate of HBsAg (12.11%) among the students from countrysides was higher than that (10.10%) among the students from cities (P<0.05); and the positive rate of HBsAg (15.58%) among the students from Hainan province was obviously higher than that (15.58%) among the students from other province (P<0.01). In addition, the reason for the above results was discussed and the corresponding measures for prevention and health care were presented in this paper.
