摘要
介绍了热带资源椰子的结构与组成,概述了国内外椰肉、椰子水、椰衣、椰壳、椰木、椰花等开发利用产品的生产工艺及其用途,并展望了我国椰子的广阔开发利用前景,针对国内椰子开发利用的现状,提出了开发利用椰子的建议.
The authors introduce the structure and components of tropical plants─Cocos nucifera L., summarize the process technology and uses of the products made from coconut meat, coconut water, coir fibre, coconut shell, coconut wood, coconut flower at home and aboard; meantime, forecast the wider future prospects for exploiting Cocos nucifera L. in China; in addition, aiming at the present situation of its exploitation at home, propose some suggestions.
