摘要
阐述了我国商业银行在内部管理机制、竞争机制和服务体系等方面存在的弊端,认为入世后我国商业银行要尽快地改变僵化的运行机制和滞后的服务体系,特别是要以银行卡的发行为契机探索一条发展的新路子。
The article expounds some disadvantages existing in the internal managerial mechanism,competence mechanism and service system in our trading banks.It is believed that our commercial banks should change the ossified operating mechanism and the stagnant service system as quickly as possible.A new way for development should be vigorously explored at the turning point of bank cards issue.
