The article analyses the existing problems of developing the electronic commercial affairs for minor enterprises and discusses the concrete steps adopted.It is considered that some problems such as facilities construction of the network base,position of the government role,network safety,network payment and law of electronic commercial affairs need to be solved to have minor enterprises develop the electronic commercial affairs fully.
