摘要
心理健康是生理健康、心理健康的统一体;心理健康是良好的品德素质的组成部分,是开发智力的重要内在因素,是大学生全面发展的必要条件;论述了开展心理健康教育行之有效的模式。
The psychological health is an entity of physiological health and psychological health.The psychological health is a constituent of good character quality and an important internal factor of tapping intellectual resources and an essential condition for students to develop in an overall way.The effective mode of developing education of the psychological health is discussed here.
