试析我国加入WTO对档案管理工作的影响

Try to analyse influence over our archives management after entering the WTO

从档案行政管理、档案法制建设、档案信息的安全性、保密性、档案管理方式、档案人员素质五个方面分析了加入WTO给档案工作带来的影响和提出的新问题。指出加入WTO对档案工作既是挑战也是机遇,只有不断改革创新、吐故纳新,逐步与国际规范接轨才是档案工作发展的必由之路。

From five aspects:archives administration,files legal construction,safety and secrecy of records information,its managemental way and its personnel quality,the paper analyses the influence over the archives work after entering the WTO and some new problems.It shows that there is both challenge and chance for the archives work after entering the WTO.It is the only way for development of the archives work continuously reforming and innovating,exhaling the old and inhaling the new and progressively coming close to the international standard.
