摘要
啤酒发酵过程工艺参数的控制,决定发酵罐结构形式,而先进的发酵罐结构,又决定产品的质量。本文根据啤酒一罐法发酵工艺,对锥形发酵罐结构设计进行探讨。
The control of the process parameters in the fermentation determines the structure of the fermentation tank,while the advanced structure of the fermentaton tank determines the quality of beer.According to the fermentation technology of beer onetank brewing process,the article probes the structure design of the coned tank.
