物理疗法对大鼠皮肤伤口愈合的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 本实验选用红外线和生物频谱照射法对伤口周围组织处理后进行形态学观察,为临床患者加快伤口愈合、减少瘢痕,提供新的手段和实验依据。方法 在Wistar大鼠背部做切口模型,N3、7、14组为对照组,R3、7、14组为每天进行红外线照射组,W3、7、14组为每天进行照射生物频谱组。动物分别存活3d、7d和14d进行形态学观察。结果 R3组和W3组切口干燥、渗出较少、上皮连接紧密。R7组和W7组伤口愈合较早,其中W7组新生毛细血管和胶原纤维较多,纤维排列整齐。W14组伤口瘢痕明显减小,伤门愈合紧密,真皮的胶原纤维排列整齐。电镜可见R7组和W7组细胞器增生活跃。结论 红外线和生物频谱照射对伤口的早期愈合均有促进作用,尤其是生物频谱照射对伤门愈合作用更明显。 Objective To observe morphologically the peripheral tissue around wounds treating by the method of infrared rays and BFS ( Bio - Frequency Spectrum) radiation and to provide a new measure and experiment basis for rapid wound healing and scar reduction on clinical patients. Methods The incision pattern on the back in Wistar rats was made. N3 ,7 ,14 are the control groups. R3 7,14 and W3 ,7 ,14 were treated hy infrared rays and BFS radiation respectively everyday. The morphology of survival rat was observed on the 3 d, 7 d and 14 d day. Results In group R3 and W3, dry and less exuded incisions were found and epitheliums were tight junction. In group R7 and W7 the wounds heal in early stage. Vascularisation and collagenous fibers were identified profusion and fibers lined up in order in group W7. In group W14 scars reduced obviously, wounds healed tightly and intradermal collagenous fibers lined up well-arranged. Cell organells proliferated actively in group R7 and W7 under electron microscope. Conclusion Infrared rays and BFS radiation promote early wound healing, especially the effect of BFS is more prominent.
