摘要 目的 研究大鼠经^(60)Coγ全身照射致中枢神经系统损伤后,神经再生过程中NOS表达变化规律,初步探讨NOS表达变化对神经损伤后再生的影响及意义。方法 旋转式^(60)Coγ射线一次性全身低剂量照射,NDP组化染色。结果 大鼠经8Gv ^(60)Coγ射线全身照射1周后,大脑皮质、基底核、丘脑和下丘脑的大部分核团NOS呈中等强度阳性表达,照射后第4周,以上脑区NOS水平明显升高,照射后第7周NOS的阳性表达逐渐减弱,但仍高于正常水平 正常对照组大鼠除海马锥体细胞层有较强的阳性标记外,其它脑区仅有弥散的NOS弱阳性标记。结论 ^(60)Coγ射线全身照射致大鼠脑损伤后NOS表达增强,提示NOS可能在对应的损伤神经元结构再生和突触重建过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To study the expression rule of NOS after 60Cor irradiation induced central nerve damage and analyse the possible effects of NOS on nerve regeneration after the damage. Methods Wistar rats were subjected to whole-body irradiation with 8 Gy 60Cor rays. The expression of NOS was detected by using NDP. Results The expression of NOS increased in cortex, caudate putamen. globus pallidus, thalamus and hypothalamus of rats one week after 8 Gy 60Cor radiation. Four w:eeks after radiation the NOS expression reached its peak and began to decrease. But it still remained at a higher level than normal. Seven weeks after radiation it decreased to a low level. Conclusion Enhanced expression of NOS after a Coy radiation in rats' brain may have an impertinent association with nerve regeneration and reconstruction of synapse.
