摘要
论述了实验磨粉机在小麦品质评价方面的重要性。从出粉率、面粉质量、测定重现性、处理量、使用寿命等方面分析了实验磨粉机的技术要求。介绍了国产LRMM 80 4 0 - 3-D型实验磨粉机的性能特点 。
The importance of laboratory mill in evaluating wheat quality was emphasized and its technical characteristics were also analysed in the following aspects i.e. flour yield, flour quality, repeatability and reproducibility, capacity and usage life of roller. A new developed laboratory mill with model LRMM 8040-3-D was introduced.
