摘要
以AIBN为引发剂,研究了不同配比的丙烯腈(AN)与N-对甲苯基马来酰亚胺(NPTMI)在80℃的自由基溶液共聚合 ,并根据FTIR谱图确证了共聚物的存在。根据元素分析的结果,用FR法得到竞聚率的值rAN=0.57,rNPTMI=1.47。用GPC测定了共聚物的分子量并分别用DSC、TGA对其玻璃化温度和热失重情况进行了研究,发现共聚物具有良好的热性能。
It was studied that free radical copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) with N-p-tolymnalemide (NPTMI) at 80℃ in cyclohexanone with AIBN as a initiator. The copolymer composition was calculated from the nitrogen content estimated by the Mico-Kijedldahl抯 method and by elemental analysis. The reactivity ratios were r NPTMI=1.47, rAN=0.57. The glass transition temperatures(Tg) of the copolymers were determined by Differential Scaning Caliometer (DSC). The thermal stability was researched by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The T50, the temperature at which the weight loss reaches 50% was obtained. The Mn、Mw of the Copolymers were obtained by Gel permeation Chromatography(GPC). The results showed that the Ti、T50 and increased dramatically while NPTMI content increased in the copolymers.
