摘要
以VFB—500型卧式振动流化床在乳品工业中的应用为例,介绍并分析了卧式振动流化床在奶粉生产过程中作为二次流化干燥等出现的一些问题。指出在正常流化平干燥时间内对全脂加糖奶粉而言其降水范围一般在0.5%~1.2%之间(干燥塔出粉水分质量分数3%~4%),并指出粉在流化床内停留时间不宜过长,否则也会造成蛋白质变性;对易结块不松散粘度较大的物料不宜选择本类设备进行流化干燥。叙述了如何正确设计流化床。
The text introduce and analyse some q uestiones happen in using horizonta l oscillating fluided bed as second f luid-ed dryer in milk powden process.It point out the precipitation scale of while fat sugar added milk powder in normal fluided dry time is about 0.5%~1.2%(the water content of pouder from dryer tower is 3%~4%)point out the protein denatured is due to the over long time that the milk pow der stay in fluided bed.This equipme nt isn' t suitable for fluided drying the sto ck which easy blocked not loose have big vicosity.As the same time the text give a description of designing fluided bed r ightly in great detail.
