摘要
从直缘乌头 (AconitumtranssectumDiels .)根中分离得到 4个新的乌头碱型C19- 二萜生物碱 .由光谱法 (IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,2D NMR ,MS)确定其结构为 :8 O 乙基滇乌碱 (8 O ethylyunaconitine) (1)、去氮乙基查斯曼宁 (N deethylchasmanine) (2 )、直缘乌碱丁 (transconitineD) (3 )和直缘乌碱戊 (transconitineE) (4 ) .
Four new C-19-diterpenoid alkaloids, 8-O-ethylyunaconitine (1), N-deethyl chasmanine (2), transconitine D (3) and transconitine E (4), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum transsectum Diels. together with 11 known norditerpenoid alkaloids, yunaconitine, indaconitine, vilmorrianine A, vilmorrianine C, crasscualine A, geniconitine, chasmanine, 8-deacetylyunaconitine, talatisamine, 14-acetyltalatisamine and chasmaconitine. Their structures were assigned on the basis of spectral data (IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, 2D-NMR and MS).
