Two special RAPD markers linked with gene resistant to wheat cereal root knot nematode were cloned and sequenced respectively.The SCAR primers were designed according to the obtained sequences,and the SCAR PCR reaction conditions were optimized.Consequently,RAPD marker OPY16 1065 was successfully converted into SCAR marker.
